Panasonic RX27 (VHS-C)
 | This was my first experience with tapes (i grew up with analog TV, but VCRs and cameras were too expensive for us). I got this one for 400 uah (~9,70 $) It uses VHS-C tapes (which turned out to be pretty expensive when unused!) 
I use Panasonic tapes that can record 45 minutes (in SP mode). I bought two completely new tapes, each one for 250 uah (~6,06 $) |
The CRT I had in my childhood is, unfortunately, dead now :( I know the videos would look BEAUTIFUL on a CRT, but I can't imagine carrying a 15kg coffin to my apartment on the 5th floor T_T
I'm going to update all these videos once my new capture card is delivered! It's going a loooong way from Japan, so I have to wait a lot. Sorry for bad quality!!!!! :"(

I was kinda surprised, because it looks kinda decent even with my shitty EasyCap! And I loved the soft sound... But imagine my face when I saw that I lost like half of the footage I shot that day, because I forgot about the transparent part at the start of the tape T_T But then everything worked just fine :3 I added most of the text + music in After Effects, because you only have text presets on the camera itself :( | |
I really like this video. I had a great walk to a music store that day (you can see the CD i bought at the end of the vid!!). And it just feels sunny and warm in general (though kinda lonely, like most of these :() |
